Shipping and Delivery
Please note that all lead times are estimations and can be seen on the product detail page under the heading “Ships On Or Before:.”
Please keep in mind that certain goods are unusual, hard to come by, or one-of-a-kind, therefore effect retains the right to cancel your order if an item is not in stock.
Except for exceptional orders, we will not charge your credit card until your goods delivers.
FedEx and US POSTAL are the most common shipping options. We may ship 2nd Day or Next Day for an additional fee if you want a speedier delivery.
If you live in FL, your order must ship the next day or sooner. To guarantee that your product arrives safely, most orders over $99.99 will require a signature. Free delivery only applies to products in the lower 48 states.
NOTE: We will make every attempt to dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible. We may not be able to dispatch your purchase on schedule in rare cases, particularly during sales and during weekends. Please know that we will mail your stuff as soon as possible.
Except as set out below, shipping charges will apply for delivery of physical products purchased from the Online Shop. These shipping charges will be notified to you at the time of your purchase. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance and vary slightly from each of our three main locations, being Melbourne (Australia), Colchester (UK) and Lebanon (Indiana, USA). By making a purchase, you agree that you accept the shipping charges that have been notified to you.
Delivery and delivery charges
The rules set out in this paragraph 4 solely apply to physical goods purchases made through the Online Shop. Please read section 5 for information on digital items. Delivery methods and charges
We use the postal service to deliver your purchased items to you. The majority of bought items will be sent via ordinary mail. All of the countries indicated in the drop-down menu at the top right of the Online Shop site can be delivered to. We’re sorry, but we can’t deliver to you right now if your nation isn’t listed. Please ensure that you give proper credit card information, CVC code, billing address, and other information that we seek in order to complete your payment, and double-check them before clicking “pay,” as we will not be able to correct errors afterwards. If the information you enter is inaccurate, we may be unable to complete your payment or deliver your items.
Shipping charges will apply to the delivery of actual objects ordered from the Online Shop, unless otherwise stated. You will be informed of the shipping charges at the time of purchase. Shipping costs vary widely depending on weight and distance from each of our three primary locations: Melbourne (Australia), Colchester (UK), and Lebanon (Indiana, USA). You agree to accept the shipping charges that have been communicated to you by making a purchase.
In select areas, you will be able to choose to have your bought things delivered by express delivery through the Online Shop. For express delivery, you will be charged an extra fee, which will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase. You agree to accept the shipping charges that have been communicated to you by making a purchase. Please note that if you pick an available express delivery option, you will not be reimbursed the difference between the cost of Express Delivery and the cost of Standard Delivery if you return your items during the 14-day cooling-off period.
If the things you’ve ordered are in stock, we’ll get them to you as quickly as possible. In the event of pre-orders, we will ship the items as soon as they become available. On the relevant product page, estimated publishing dates are provided.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, thus the time it takes to process them varies depending on the circumstances. Payments will be made within one business day if refunds are authorized. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 business days for these payments to complete and display on your bank account.
